How many of you have tried a diet or made a lifestyle change only to fall back to your old ways a few weeks later? Why is my program different? I am a busy working mum to three young children, Ava 9, Max 6 and Boe who is 5 years old. I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Nutrition in 2009 with a Diploma in Holistic Nutritional Practice and Diploma in Allergy Intolerance Therapy and became a fully qualified Reiki and Integrated Energy Practitioner in 2015 and more recently a yoga teacher in 2017.
